Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the outcome of selling our unit with Anthony and Iain. From the first day, we clearly shared our price expectations. However, the final sale price was much lower than what was originally appraised by the real estate agent and what we expected. Regardless of the effort put into the campaign, the result was very poor and changed our financial path. Our experience was not good and did not align with our goals, particularly regarding communication around pricing. Overall, the result did not meet our expectations.
